I loved working with Kia, my real estate agent, when I bought my first home here in San Diego. Kia made the process very easy; she is knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Kia was always available to answer them in a way that I understood. I was pleased with the counter offer we made, which was accepted. Honestly, I'm surprised this was so easy! I highly recommend Kia, and I will definitely seek her services again the next time I'm in the market for home buying. Additionally, if you ever need notary services or a mobile notary, she can assist with that too. - Amina

Kia was fantastic in helping us prepare our home for sale. As a dedicated real estate agent and Realtor, she was very responsive to all of our inquiries and encouraged us throughout the process.
